Frequently asked questions for off road activities

Q – Why are quad biking, powerturns not available as activities on their own?

A - These activities are not available on their own due to restrictions on availabilty. Laser tag however is available as a separate event independent of karting.

Q – Who drives the vehicles during my activity?

A - For quad biking you drive independently. For powerturn driving, you control the vehicle with an instructor next to you

Q – What is the minimum age for activities?

A - For laser tag and karting the minimum age is 16. For other activities the minimum age is 17

Q – What happens if it is raining on the day of my event?

A – All events are risk assessed to take place in any weather, with the exception of extreme weather conditions (i.e snow). In extreme weather conditions we will contact you prior to your event to reschedule as appropriate. In wet conditions drivers are supplied with wet oversuits.

Q – Can these activities take place in the evening?

Q – Do i need a driving licence to take part in an additional activity at Buckmore?

A -No, you do not need a driving licence but you must be at least 17 years old and abide by our terms and conditions.
