Room hire
This includes the use of the room, but does not include any on-site activities, refreshments or additional equipment, all of which are available at extra cost.
From £50 per hour (excluding VAT)
Daily delegate rate
The daily delegate rate is a fixed price per person, based upon a daytime conference for a minimum of 20 delegates. The rate includes:
Suite hire from 9am to 5pm
A finger buffet for lunch
Three servings of tea and coffee
Iced water throughout the day
Stationary for your delegates
Use of flip charts
Use of an overhead projector
All other standard features (See left)
£40 per delegate (excluding VAT)
