The Bambino Kart School for 6 – 7 year olds allows youngsters to learn the basics of kart driving before they enter competitions. The main emphasis is on building confidence and having fun. The School operates on a self contained circuit using purpose built Italian Bambino mini racing karts fitted with a 2 stroke 50cc engine and a disc brake.

How does the kart school work?

The Bambino Kart School consists of three lessons of kart instruction, with each lesson building upon the previous. Lesson one and two takes place on the Mini GP Circuit at Buckmore Park in Chatham. During these two lessons youngsters will learn the basics of kart control in a safe and instructor led environment.

Lesson three takes place either at Buckmore Park Kart Circuit in Chatham (300m Club Circuit) or the Mini Brands Hatch Kart Circuit in Kent (280m). Lesson three allows youngsters to undertake the final part of their training.

Once lessons one to three have been successfully completed, youngsters are then encouraged to either take part in our Bambino club practice to further hone their skills or to join our Bambino Kart Club at either circuit.
